Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By engaging S3P Studios for services or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
S3P Studios provides custom software development, AI integration, data pipeline engineering, and technology strategy consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or service agreement signed by both parties.
3. Payment
Fees are as stated in the relevant SoW. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
4. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project are assigned to you. S3P Studios retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivery.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the other's confidential information private. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of 3 years.
6. Limitation of liability
S3P Studios' total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich.
